My husband and best friend set me up, framing me for adultery to steal everything. They thought I was broken. But they didn't know I uncovered their five-year conspiracy. Now, I'll use their own game to destroy them. The real revenge is just beginning.
After Being Trapped in a Room with My Best Friend's Boyfriend.
On our third wedding anniversary, my husband Benjamin deliberately got me drunk.
I woke up to find him and his mother Margaret blocking the doorway.
Lying beside me was Ethan, Benjamin's best friend and my best friend Sophia's boyfriend.
They used this to threaten me into signing a divorce agreement and leaving with nothing.
Trembling, I fell to my knees, begging Benjamin to let me explain.
He kicked me hard in the stomach, causing severe bleeding. "You shameless woman. You have one day to sign the papers and get out."
That same night, I accidentally discovered Benjamin's text messages with Sophia.
Left with no choice, I made sure both Benjamin and Sophia ended up in prison.

The day after celebrating our third anniversary, my bedroom door was kicked open before I had fully woken.
"Get up, you cheating scum!" My husband Benjamin ripped the thin blanket off our bed.
Blinking sleep from my eyes, I was utterly confused. This was definitely our bedroom, but my peripheral vision caught a man lying beside me.
Blood rushed through my veins. I screamed and leaped from the bed, grabbing the blanket to cover myself.
"You two disgusting traitors, betraying my Benjamin behind his back." My mother-in-law Margaret stood beside Benjamin, shrieking.
As the shock subsided, I focused and recognized the man. It was Ethan Sullivan, Benjamin's best friend!
Ethan looked just as stunned as I was.
"Put some clothes on! You make me sick."
Benjamin hurled Ethan's clothes at his face. He grabbed Ethan by the neck and threw him out of the room, locking the door.
Ethan didn't leave immediately. He pounded heavily on the door. "Benjamin, calm down first."
"Get the hell out! I no longer have a brother like you." After his furious shout, Benjamin turned and walked toward me.
"Isabella, I could pretend today never happened. But you must pay for what you've done."
I was completely bewildered, my mind in a fog.
Benjamin didn't give me a chance to speak. He glanced at Margaret.
"Isabella, our Evans family wants nothing unclean. Fortunately, your assets offer some compensation. You know what to do. Leave with nothing."
Margaret looked down at me, collapsed on the floor. Her eyes were full of disgust and contempt.
Gathering my wits, I ignored the blanket slipping from my shoulders. I crawled on hands and knees to Benjamin's feet.
"No, no, Benjamin, please let me explain. I drank too much last night. I truly don't know what happened. Bring Ethan back. Ask him. There must be some misunderstanding."
I clutched Benjamin's trousers, tears streaming down my face, begging desperately.
