DMCA Policy

DiveNovel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on DiveNovel infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

2. How to Submit a Notice

We will review your notice and, if it meets the requirements above, take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Send counter-notifications to the same email address above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with DMCA procedures.

4. Repeat Infringers

DiveNovel reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
